Marving Mabonga aka Mabonga(iv) is a student at the Technical University of Mombasa pursuing a degree in in Electrical Engineering.The varsity student is currently at the DCI offices awaiting charges for illegally hacking the nation media group website .Marvin was arrested after his contact was traced and he is currently at the DCI headquarters Industrial area.The fellow took this chance to download the newspapers and distribute them to his WhatsApp contacts and groups thus denying the publishers their revenue.The DCI is currently reviewing his file and if found guilty of the offense Mabonga Iv risks a jail term of Ten years in jail a bond or both.
